natural men’s care product developer

Natasha’s vision for Organic Body Scrub came out of necessity. As a manicurist at Hammer & Nails, Natasha encountered men’s feet that did not respond to traditional products that treated dry skin and cracked heels. “It is essential for men to take care of their feet,” says Natasha. To solve the dilemma, she created her first exclusive line of scrubs which effectively remove calluses and dead skin cells, with aromas that appeal to men.

Natasha started researching the effects of natural ingredients on the skin, in hope of creating a product that would make her job easier and put her clients at ease. From there, she experimented with mixing ingredients in her blender at home, and through trial and error, she created the Rosemary Eucalyptus Scrub, featuring coconut oil, sea salt and essential oils. When Natasha debuted the scrub at Hammer & Nails, her clients gave it rave reviews. Organic Body Society was born.

Natasha began her career in the late 1990s in Washington, D.C., where she owned a shop on Capital Hill and operated a mobile nail service that provided manicures and pedicures to assistant living homes and hospice. Natasha also worked as a manicurist at the Ritz Carlton before moving on to the world of high fashion. As a freelance manicurist, Natasha worked as an editorial manicurist for Essence magazine and perfected the female runway models that appeared in the annual New York Fashion Week shows.

Natasha also appeared on Tyra Banks’ The FABLife, where she shared tips on men’s hand and foot grooming alongside NFL legend Dion Sanders.
